Apostolos: Part III

APOSTOLOS

    Therefore I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands. For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind. Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me His prisoner, but share with me in the sufferings for the gospel according to the power of God, who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began. II Timothy 1:6-9

    We are an apostolic company of called out warriors for Christ, anointed with His Spirit and sent to spread the good news of His saving grace! It is our divine destiny as believers to share that which we have received by faith in order for the lost to find their entrance into the kingdom of God.

    Jesus saved us and called us as His apostolic army of blood bought saints to reap a harvest of lost souls from the danger of falling into the bowels of eternal damnation! We are living in the last of the last days upon this earth with an eternal duty as believers to share His gospel and make disciples of all nations. People are wandering to and fro without a clue in most cases about the condition of their souls and the consequences of their sins!

    The apostle Paul warned us that perilous times are coming and we are now experiencing them in the earth today where men are lovers of themselves, greedy and lustful haters of God and all that is good. Darkness is covering the earth where even mothers are murdering their own unborn children for the sake of convenience! Murder, rape and robbery abound as well as drug addiction and marijuana is being legalized around the US that will render the outcome of a nation stoned out of their minds!

    Hold fast the pattern (model) of sound words which you have heard from me, in faith and love which are in Christ Jesus. That good thing which was committed to you, keep by the Holy Spirit who dwells in us. II Timothy 1:13,14

SOLDIERS OF CHRIST

    You therefore must endure (share) hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No one engaged in warfare entangles himself with the affairs of this life, that he may please Him who enlisted him as a soldier. II Timothy 2:3,4

    We are in the midst of a spiritual battle being waged against all that is good and pure! This battle must be fought in the Spirit and not in the flesh by those who have laid down their lives for the cause of Christ!

    It is no longer, business as usual where believers trudge off to a dead ritual on Sundays while they serve themselves the other six days. The trumpets are blowing in a time of war but no one is showing up for the fight! When I joined the Marine Corps, in six short months I was trained, equipped and ready for war! Today however people sit and listen to a talking head for thirty years, never trained in ministry and never get out of the pew to serve the Lord in any capacity whatsoever!

    Satan is the most underestimated adversary the world has ever seen, or should I say, has never seen! He is a hidden force to be reckoned with: robbing, killing and stealing precious lives, wrecking families and marriages, seducing the saints and attacking, murdering and dismembering the innocent unborn! The church of Jesus Christ is at the crossroads of either total annihilation, or at the very door of victory over their enemies!

    For though we walk in the flesh we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds. II Corinthians 10:3,4

A TIME FOR WAR!

    Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:10-12

    The powers of darkness have been loosed upon the earth like no other time in the history of the world. Lawlessness abounds throughout the planet because that which has restrained them, the preaching of the true gospel has ceased and has been replaced with an ear tickling, smooth false Message of mush!

    It is time for the true body of the living Lord Jesus to rise up and trample those snakes and scorpions the Lord Jesus gave us authority over! We can't blame anyone for the Hell that is going on because we have been given all power to defeat the devil and his angels! 65 million of God's precious unborn innocent babies have been slaughtered on our watch and their little organs harvested for sale! An abomination and atrocity like no other in history!

    Homosexuality, perversion of all types and pedophilia have been normalized and accepted in our culture. Drag Queens are teaching children in elementary school and in libraries and gay marriage is legal, not to mention drug addiction and murder, rape and robbery that plagues our nation and the world. This reminds me of a church on a curve in Germany during WWII where the trains carrying Jews to the death camps would pass and when the pastor would hear the whistle and the train coming closer he would tell the congregation to sing louder to drown out the cries of the condemned! May God have mercy!

    The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion that they should believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness. II Thessalonians 2:9-12
