Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease about something with an uncertain outcome; it leads to fear that can paralyze a person's mind, will, and emotions! I have seen people who have been possessed by fear who cannot even leave their home or drive a car.
Fear is a principality, a spirit who is a faith destroyer and must be defeated for one to be able to overcome in this life! Faith and God's word can defeat fear; the word is a sword, the sword of the Spirit, and it promises to deliver you from all fear!
There are over 8000 promises of God in the Bible, all for us to believe and to stand on. God gives us these promises to keep us walking in faith and strengthens our resolve and ability to ward off fear, anxiety, and depression!
"A merry heart makes a cheerful countenance, but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken." Proverbs 15:13
