The Divine Dialogue is a conversation between you and your heavenly Father. This is the most important thing a believer can do: to talk to God and listen for Him to speak. Many think this is impossible or out of reach for a human to converse with a Divine Being, but this is what God longs for.
To carry on a conversation with God, you need to have a journal because your dialogue with Him is your prayer life. When you ask Him for something, and He answers, write it down in your journal so you can praise Him and not forget it. Once you discipline yourself to pray and journal, a dialogue has developed between the two of you!
A good way to start is to get my book, "The Promises of God," a 365-day devotional, and take one day at a time to meditate on the scripture and then listen for God's still small voice to speak to you. You will be amazed by what God says to you, and you can go back in your journal and remember all the answered prayers, especially in a time of need!
“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. Or what man is there among you who, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him! Matthew 7:7-11
