"Therefore, let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ." Now when they heard this, they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, "Men and brethren, what shall we do?" Then Peter said to them, "Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission (forgiveness) of sins and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit." Acts 2:36-38

Acts 2:36-38
The body of Christ was created when the promise of the Holy Spirit was given. There was no more need for a temple, priest, or sacrifice, the sacrifice was given once by the death of the Lord Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God! Sin was dealt with, the curse was broken, and mankind was forgiven, for those who would make Jesus Lord.
The Divine blueprint was drawn with the Savior's blood, creating a model to follow forever. A supernatural body was anointed to serve the Lord Jesus and make disciples by training, equipping, and sending them into the harvest. The New Covenant Church was complete and ready for action as 3000 converts would come to Jesus on day one!
And so, the New Testament was birthed and the promise fulfilled for mankind to worship God through the Mediator, the Lord JESUS Christ! The throne room of the Most High was available for man to access through the Savior's blood and the body of Christ would change the world.
Then those who gladly received the word were baptized, and that day about three thousand souls were added to them. And they continued steadfastly in the apostle's doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers. Acts 2:41,42
