God promised His people Israel that He would not destroy the earth with a flood again and so that is true He has kept His promise! Jesus told His disciples that in the last days, it would be just like the days of Noah before the flood.
Jesus said people would be eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage until the day that Noah entered the ark, and so it is today! They are acting like they will live forever but Jesus said the flood would come and take them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be!
The last day's flood Jesus spoke of was a flood of lies from the devil's mouth to wash away God's people with a flood of words! Deceit, deception, misinformation, and false prophecy! We are in the last of the last days and you can see and hear the devil's lies about God, humanity, and any truth that may remain is mocked by the powers of darkness.
So, the serpent spewed water out of his mouth like a flood after the woman, (God's people) that he might cause her to be swept away by the flood. Revelation 12:15
