Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. Psalm 23:4
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. Psalm 23:4
Many of us have walked through this valley, a place of hopelessness and despairovershadowed by a spirit of death. A dangerous place to be indeed where even believers are tempted to commit suicide!
The path of light is darkened by this demon who brings about depression, fear, doubt, and unbelief to deceive and to block out the light of the Lord. One must be prepared to hold up the shield of faith in order to overcome this demonic onslaught and use the sword of the Spirit to defeat the purpose of our enemies to destroy us!
Death has no power over the believer, nor fear of destruction because we are saved and sealed unto redemption, covered in the blood of the Lord Jesus and filled with the Spirit of grace! No weapon formed against us shall prosper!
"O Death, where is your sting? O Hades, where is your victory?" The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. I Corinthians 15:55-57
