If your enemy is hungry, give him bread to eat. And if he is thirsty, give him water to drink. Proverbs 25:21

With man, this is almost impossible, but with God, it is possible to love your enemies! Jesus proved this by loving the man who turned Him over to His enemies, Judas! Judas was a disciple in training just like the others until Satan entered him.
When the Romans had Jesus stand before the mob, who chose Barabbas instead of Him, I am sure the devil was speaking to Him the whole time, but Jesus loved those people, some of whom He had healed and delivered, but now they turned against Him! On the cross, they mocked Him and shouted, "If You are the Son of God, save Yourself!"
The people of the world today, for the most part, hate the name of Jesus; you can mention Buda, Krishna, or even Satan, whom many today worship, but not our Lord and Savior! For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son for them!
For so you will heap coals of fire on his head, and the Lord will reward you. Proverbs 25:22
