This is not speaking of believers; this is the army of God! As the Word says, they (demons) come from the end of Heaven. There is a difference between demons and fallen angels; the Word never says the devil and his demons; it's always Satan and his angels.
Demons are the wrath of God; His instruments of indignation aimed at the sins of man that possess their souls unless they repent! Sin opens doors to our soul, giving the enemy access to enter and rob, kill, and destroy us! Within this scripture, Isaiah is speaking of "The Day of the Lord!" Known as Judgment Day!
We are entering a time of the end of all things and the last days before the Saints (Born Again Believers) are taken up, and the tribulation begins! The powers of darkness will be loosed upon the earth, destroying everything in their sight; and darkness will cover the planet. This is a time to repent and ready us for eternal life!
The Lord of hosts musters the army for battle. They come from a far country, from the end of heaven- the Lord and His weapons of indignation, to destroy the whole land. Isaiah 13:4-5
