Go to the ant, you sluggard! Consider her ways and be wise, which, having no captain, overseer, or ruler, provides her supplies in the summer, and gathers her food in the harvest. Proverbs 6:6-8
Go to the ant, you sluggard! Consider her ways and be wise, which, having no captain, overseer, or ruler, provides her supplies in the summer, and gathers her food in the harvest. Proverbs 6:6-8
God has created insects and animals with a natural instinct that sadly many humans don't have. God provides for the animal kingdom, and He provides for us, but we, by faith, must gather what God has given.
God provided manna in the wilderness for Israel, a miraculous feat considering that there were millions to feed, not counting their animals. There is no end to God's storehouse; there is always enough! It is regulated by your giving, for He said, "Give and you shall receive."
The combination to His storehouse is: ask, seek, and knock, and it shall be opened. The key to open God's provision is faith, but many in the kingdom are being robbed by a generational curse of poverty. In the garden, because of Adam and Eve's sin, God cursed their livelihood, but if you plead the blood shed from the crown of thorns, it will be broken.
How long will you slumber, O sluggard? When will you rise from your sleep? A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep— So shall your poverty come on you like a prowler, and your need like an armed man. Proverbs 6:9-11
