The current LA fires have totally decimated the city and possibly San Diego! Jesus said He came to send fire on the earth, but His fire is a supernatural white hot holy fire that will burn up all that is not of Him including the old priesthood, the temple, and all the rules and regulations of man!
His baptism would be His actual death, burial, and subsequent resurrection. This is a new dimension where the old will be destroyed and everything will become new in the Spirit. The new paradigm shift will bring about division on the earth. We see it in families where someone got saved and the others didn't, and we see it in the church where we have hundreds of denominations, cults, and sects!
Thousands came to Jesus for healing and deliverance, and He healed them all but only a few followed Him. He sent 70 out to perform miracles and preach but later they also left Him! He ended up with only twelve and one was a devil! Even the first church of Pentecost had only 120 sold-out disciples! Jesus must have surprised the ones He was preaching to giving them truth instead of sugar-coated mush!
"Hypocrites! You can discern the face of the sky and of the earth, but how is it you do not discern this time?" Luke 12:56
