Obedience provides us with the blessings, favor, and grace of the Almighty God who provides all of our needs according to His riches in Glory! His storehouses are always full, and He is always ready to give what He has promised to His people.
We as the people of God are blessed coming and going, but keep in mind these are Old Testament promises, we have better promises today because we are under a New Covenant. It would be like working for a company that hired a new CEO who granted a better contract with better benefits!
Jesus is the new CEO who has become the Mediator of a new contract for His servants, and He has provided an eternal benefit plan, complete with a free ride to Heaven! Praise God for His mercy endures forever!
But now He has obtained a more excellent ministry, inasmuch as He is also Mediator of a better covenant, which was established on better promises. Hebrews 8:6
