It is comforting to know that God will be our guide to our death, for this is a path we have not yet tread. The foolish (the fool has said there is no God) have no guide or path to follow, as they do not believe in God or His involvement in their lives.
The lost will be laid in their graves as sheep, and death will feed on their earthly bodies. No hope for an afterlife, they will descend into a fiery Hell forever, a horrible end to a wasted life of pride, greed, and selfishness. I was on that path for thirty-three years until Jesus set me free and transformed me into a new creation!
Do you have a guide to show you the way to the end of life and the opportunity to inherit eternal life? Many don't, and maybe their end is near. I have lost over a hundred friends, mentors, teachers, and pastors in the last few years; most knew Jesus, but some didn't. As long as you have breath in your lungs, don't hesitate to repent and give your life to Jesus! Your eternal soul and destination depend on it!
This is the way of those who are foolish!
And of their posterity who approve their sayings. Like sheep, they are laid in the grave. Death shall feed on them; the upright shall have dominion over them in the morning. And their beauty shall be consumed in the grave, far from their dwelling. But God will redeem my soul from the power of the grave, for He shall receive me. Do not be afraid when one becomes rich, when the glory of his house is increased. For when he dies, he shall carry nothing away; his glory shall not descend after him. Psalm 49:13-17
