"It shall be forever!" God's work is everlasting; it does not change, and man can add nothing to it. Man has tried to add so many things to God's word that many don't have a clue what God is really like. Some think He is a cruel taskmaster with a whip in hand, and others portray Him as Santa Claus.
So, what is this great and mighty God, and what are His characteristics? A loving Father, a merciful and forgiving God, a God of righteousness and judgment, but above all a God of love! No one has seen God, but He has shown us who He really is in His Son Jesus.
God has taken on flesh in His Son and walked the earth, portraying the true character of His heavenly Father. Healing, delivering, and raising the dead, He went about doing good and helped all who called upon His name.
Moreover, I saw under the sun: In the place of judgment, wickedness was there; and in the place of righteousness, iniquity was there. I said in my heart, “God shall judge the righteous and the wicked, for there is a time for every purpose and for every work.” Ecclesiastes 3:16-17
