The Delusion Of The End Times

The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason, God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness. II Thessalonians 2:9-12

Delusion is a false belief or judgement about external reality, held despite incontrovertible evidence to the contrary, as a symptom of serious mental illness caused by demonic possession. Today, especially in America, people are delusional as if they had lost their minds!

People are believing lies and calling evil good and good evil! This new socialist/communist party that has invaded the democratic party has gone crazy, wanting to completely transform America into a third-world country! This is not political; it's a demonic invasion coming upon the world in these last days. The powers of darkness have been loosed upon a sinful and rebellious people who do not have eyes to see the truth or ears to hear it!

The hour has come, and the time of Christ's return is at hand, and we as believers have to stand firm and keep our eyes on Jesus. You can't vote out a possessed people who have been deceived; you can only pray for mercy and the grace to keep us in His perfect will!

Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God. II Thessalonians 2:3-4

THE DAY OF THE LORD

But concerning the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I should write to you. For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night. For when they say, “Peace and safety!” then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape. But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief. You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness. I Thessalonians 5:1-5

I personally believe the scripture that says we will be caught up in the clouds to meet the Lord, and I believe we are so close to that glorious day! The Word states that the Day will come like a thief and for us not to let it overtake us.

Jesus warned us of the signs of the times when lawlessness will abound, and people will act as if they will live forever with no consequences. Things are getting progressively worse as we approach the Great Tribulation, in which, after we are taken away, the world will suffer greatly for seven years!

This is a time for believers to pray without ceasing, interceding for their lost family members and friends. The darkness is falling, and people are blindly living their lives with no thought of the return of Christ! When Noah completed the ark, it began to sprinkle, and the people who had mocked him all those years began to pay attention, but when God closed the door, they panicked as the earth was flooded, but it was too late!

A day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness, as the morning clouds spread over the mountains. A people come, great and strong, (demons) the like of whom has never been; nor will there ever be any such after them, even for many successive generations. Joel 2:2
