Surely, He has borne our griefs (sicknesses) and carried away our sorrows; (pains) yet we esteemed Him stricken, smitten (struck down) by God, and afflicted. But He was wounded (pierced) for our transgressions, He was bruised (crushed) for our iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes (blows that cut) we are healed. Isaiah 53:4,5

So, with all the horrible abuse and torture that the Lord Jesus endured for us, do you still think that God doesn't heal, or maybe He doesn't want to, or it is just not His will? Ridiculous! Of course, it is His will and good pleasure to heal His children who cry out to Him! When your kids come to you when they are sick or hurt do you do all you can to see them well?
It is supposed that by the 39 stripes that Jesus endured, every root disease and sickness was healed! The shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ healed every sickness, disease and infirmity known to man and from the garden to the cross He bled in seven specific places to take all of our iniquities, transgressions and sins upon Himself! When they bruised Him, He bled inside to break the generational curse we received from our ancestors.
God's great love was exhibited on the cross for us all to know that He, by the shed blood of His Son are healed, delivered and given the faith to be born-again! If you are sick, cry out to Him, ask, seek and receive His mercy and grace in your time of need! He alone is your healer!
Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing psalms. Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save (deliver) the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins he will be forgiven. James 5:13,15
