Judgment you say, why us? Because we have rejected the model that Jesus gave us to build a house of living stones! Instead, we copied the old priesthood with temple, priest, and pulpit, neglecting the command of God to go and make disciples!
Today the church has become a spectator sport, with "Superstar Quarterbacks" calling the plays and negotiating multimillion-dollar deals, best-selling books, and riding in their luxurious jets, while God's people foot the bill! Compare what you see today with what you read in Acts about the model Jesus set forth for us to follow! 120 sold-out disciples of Christ speaking in tongues and interpreting the gospel to 3000 visitors that had come to Pentecost!
Nickels, noses, and numbers as the saying goes have become our mandate, to build beautiful cathedrals to captivate the masses giving them sugar-coated Messages of peace and safety, never wanting to offend their congregations, afraid to wake them up to their sinful lives and maybe save their souls from the wrath of God! May God have mercy on us!
Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolators, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. I Corinthians 6:9,10
