There is no sickness in Heaven, nor plagues, nor evil since Satan was expelled! There was also no sickness on earth until Satan showed up and deceived Adam and Eve in the garden, so sickness is a demonic curse!
Believe me I have heard all the arguments about whether God heals or doesn't heal or maybe it's not His will to heal, but after many years He has proved to me that sickness,disease and infirmities comes from Satan! Remember Job, all the trials he experienced, the loss of all including his children and then being struck with boils?
God didn't strike Job, Satan did, but he had to ask permission from God because Job had a hedge of protection around all that he had! Although Job suffered greatly through these trials of life, in the end God restored all that he lost. We would do well to remember these lessons of life from the word and stand on all the promises of God!
Then Job's wife said to him, "Do you still hold fast your integrity? Curse God and die!" But he said to her, "You speak as one of the foolish women speaks. Shall we indeed accept good from God, and shall we not accept adversity?" In all this Job did not sin with his lips. Job 2:9,10
