Bless the Lord, O my soul; and all that is within me, bless His holy name! Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, Who satisfies your mouth with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s. Psalm 103:1-5

Psalm 103:1-5
That which satisfies our mouth is the bread of life, the wine of His Spirit, and His word. He feeds us with supernatural food and nourishes us with His Holy Spirit. We are spiritual beings being born of His Spirit and transformed into new creations.
As our physical human body ages and begins to deteriorate, our spiritual body is renewed with strength and energized by His Holy Spirit, giving us the ability to live and run as the youth! Old things pass away, and we become new creations in Christ.
God's supernatural benefit plan surely exceeds anything on the planet because of His selfless sacrifice and His love for us. He gives us all things to enjoy and everything that pertains to life and godliness!
But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:31
