Who can understand his errors? Cleanse me from secret faults. Keep back Your servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me. Then I shall be blameless, and I shall be innocent of great transgression. Palm 19:12-13

It is my experience in deliverance that many people have secret sins that they don't allow to be exposed! The LGBT-Q movement stayed in the proverbial closet for years for fear of retribution until the liberals normalized it.
One cannot be blameless if he hides secret sins in his heart because of fear, embarrassment, or shame. Unless one confesses these secret sins, they will wreak havoc in his spirit and open doors for lying spirits and even sickness.
As the scripture states, they will have dominion over you! So, confess, ask for forgiveness, and repent, and God will set you free to be blameless! An innocent saint of God!
Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer. Psalm 19:14
