There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all. I Corinthians 12:4-7

We as His body have received gifts of the Spirit so that we can edify one another and testify to and exhibit to the lost the power and anointing of God! At Pentecost when the Holy Spirit was poured out upon the 120 they all spoke in tongues and the visitors outside the upper room heard them speak in their own language and 3000 were saved!
The Holy Spirit is like the conductor of a heavenly orchestra that has within it many instruments, all in one accord and in perfect harmony. Each instrument is finely tuned and led by His Spirit to play exactly what He wants played, just as He had all His disciples speaking in the languages of those who were from out of town!
When we are baptized in the Holy Spirit, God stirs the gift within us to do that which we are called to do, to fulfill our divine destiny on the earth. On earth as it it is in Heaven! When these supernatural gifts are utilized within the body there is a beautiful concert of heavenly sights and sounds that touch the heartstrings of those in the body as well as the ungifted and the lost!
Speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ— from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love. Ephesians 4:15,16
