Satan is a fallen being with absolutely no power and authority over the believer, but what we give him through our fears, doubt and unbelief. The baptism in the Holy Spirit gives us discernment so that we are not ignorant of his traps and schemes.
We as the body of the living Christ are called to eradicate the powers of darkness from the planet, setting the captives free and making disciples, healing the multitudes plagued with sickness, disease and infirmities of all kinds. We have His authority and power to transform the spiritual landscape of the world if we would only obey and GO!
The disciples Jesus sent out came back saying, "Even the demons are subject to us in Your name." If we would only believe and act upon our God given power and authority we would see the glory of God and many lives would be transformed and restored! The enemies of God are already defeated and we have the victory!
"I thank You Father, Lord of Heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and intelligent and revealed them to babes. Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Your sight." Luke 10:21
