Now an angel of the Lord spoke to Phillip, saying, "Arise and go toward the south along the road which goes down from Jerusalem to Gaza." So he arose and went. And behold, a man of Ethiopia, a eunuch of great authority under Candace the queen of the Ethiopians, who had charge of all her treasury, and had come to Jerusalem to worship, and sitting in his chariot, he was reading Isaiah the prophet. Acts 8:26-28

Phillip was experiencing a "Divine appointment" sent by an angel to witness to a lost Ethiopian eunuch of great authority. This is what I call a Holy Ghost setup because the man was already reading Isaiah about Jesus being led to His crucifixion! It just doesn't get any better than that!
I experienced something like this when God instructed us to sell everything, give up our 3500 square foot home, ministry and church and move to South Texas where my wife is from. A dismal little town, predominately Hispanic Catholic with absolutely nothing going on. I thought this was the end of the line! Upon our arrival I met the barber of the town and spent many nights playing pool at a sports bar testifying of my salvation experience and one night he gave his life to Jesus and now every man in that town hears the gospel from their barber! Praise God!
There is no telling how many people were saved because of Phillip's obedience to lead this Ethiopian to the Lord. Don't ever underestimate the motive of the Lord to save just one, maybe just one in your lifetime, because maybe that one will lead a nation to the Lord! Phillip went on to preach the gospel and it is said he was hanged for his faith in Christ!
So the eunuch answered Phillip and said, "I ask of you, of whom does the prophet say this, of himself or of some other man?" Then Phillip opened his mouth, and beginning at this scripture preached Jesus to him. Acts 8:34,35
