So, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and sincerity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved. Acts 2:46,47

Forty-two years ago, I was gloriously saved and delivered from drugs and alcohol and later I began to seek what I had been hearing about, the baptism in the Holy Spirit. My pastor was preaching on Sundays in New Albany, Indiana where four elderly ladies prayed for God to show up and He did bringing with Him a mighty revival!

This church was a typical Southern Baptist church that didn't believe in the gifts and power of God but when He began to heal and deliver people in the services their eyes were opened! I flew up and the second night the Shekinah glory of God fell on the congregation, and I was filled with the Spirit! It was the most miraculous thing I had ever seen or experienced in my entire life!

As the Holy Spirit saved, healed and delivered the people came to church every day, they prayed and then went out knocking on doors and telling people about Jesus and His glorious deeds and many were being saved! From a dead Baptist church, it became a revival center seeing lives transformed by the gift of the Holy Spirit!

And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness. Now the multitude of those who believed were of one heart and one soul; neither did anyone say that any of the things he possessed was their own, but they had all things in common. Acts 4:31,32
