The Bride, The Body, and the Church: Part XVII

    To another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit, to another the working of miracles. I Corinthians 12:9,10

    I will combine these next three gifts because without faith there cannot be the working of miracles or the gifts of healings. We are all given a measure of faith and when it is exercised it grows and becomes stronger just as working out increases our physical stamina.

    Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen according to Hebrews 11:1. So, the substance is belief in God's word, and it is activated when we take His word to heart and receive as the outcome people being healed and signs, wonders and miracles appear through our faith!

    Jesus gifted His body with everything that He possessed in His physical body. The spiritual body of Christ on earth has the same abilities and power as Jesus had when He walked the earth. On earth, as it is in Heaven is our mandate.

    "Most assuredly, I say to you he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to the Father." John 14:12

Tim Laughlin has been involved in full time ministry for over thirty-five years. Set free from a $2000.00 a week cocaine addiction and fifteen years of alcoholism, Tim gave his life to Jesus in 1980 and was immediately delivered. Trained in the streets, led only by the Holy Spirit, Tim prayed for drug addicts, prostitutes and anyone else that wanted to be free from the strongholds of sin. With a burning desire to see people saved and healed Tim founded and directed several Christian residential programs such as Manna Ministries, one of the largest and most successful women's ministries in the Southwest. Apostle to the ''NO-BODY'S'' of this world, Tim has been involved in virtually every facet of ministry, from prison, ex offenders, UN-wed mothers, addicts, Gays and those that nobody wants. Without formal training and only a love for people Tim has seen hundreds set free, healed, delivered and raised from the dead by God's powerful anointing available to everyone that asks Him. Through many trials and fires in his own life Tim has learned to trust in the Lord for all of his needs and to rely on the Holy Spirit for guidance in every circumstance. His vision is for the Body of Christ to become the powerful army of disciples that God intended them to be, trained for battle and loving people from all walks of life. Tim's wife, Mary Ann works along side him ministering and training those that come for help. Deemed hopeless from extended drug abuse and surviving five mental institutions, Mary Ann was set free and healed miraculously and restored to a beautiful woman of God.
