Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise (crush) Him; He has put Him to grief. When You make His soul an offering for sin. He shall see His seed, He shall prolong His days, and the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in His hand. He shall see the labor of His soul, and be satisfied. By His knowledge My righteous Servant shall justify (pardon) many, for He shall bear their iniquities. Isaiah 53:10,11

On this day we call "Good Friday," as the world mourns the death of a Cathedral in France made of stone and scorched by fire, and most of the church prepares to try and seduce the world into their sanctuaries with free stuff, Easter egg hunts and games, we cannot forget that broken, bruised and torn Savior, all alone on that rugged cross, bleeding out for a world who for the most part doesn't care.
Jesus died for everyone, from the worst mass murderers, rapists, thieves and lowlife scum on the planet. We often think He died for the good people or the righteous, but if men like Adolf Hitler, Osama Bin Laden or any of the evil wicked people of this world would have repented and cried out for mercy, the blood of Jesus would have washed away their sins! His precious blood is available to anyone who repents and asks for mercy!
So, as we remember this sacred day of darkness, pain and death for an innocent Lamb nailed to a tree for our sins, iniquities and sicknesses, let us rejoice and give praise and glory to the One who loves us more than we will ever know and has laid down His life so that we could live forever! Thank You Lord Jesus!
He poured out His soul unto death, and He was numbered with the transgressors, and He bore the sin of many, and made intersession for the transgressors. Isaiah 53:12
