When a man's ways please the Lord, He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him. Proverbs 16:7
There is much to be said about the ways of man and this proverb speaks of the direction of our life, the highway of the upright and the destruction of the wicked. Along the road there are many signs and detours, so how can we find our way?
Jesus said that there are two ways in which to go, the narrow way and the broad way. The first assembly who followed Jesus who were filled with Holy Spirit power at Pentecost gave all to be His disciples and they were called, "The Way!"
The way of the Lord is to follow His lead for your life because the sons and daughters of God are led by His Spirit. There are millions who profess to be disciples of Christ, but they lead their own lives, they are the captains of their own ship, but when the storm comes they cry out for help! So, what road are you on?
The highway of the upright is to depart from evil; he who keeps his way preserves his soul. Proverbs 16:17
