As children of God we have been given all things that pertain to life and godliness: all power, healing, deliverance, prosperity and all authority over the enemies of God! The only thing that stops us is our mind and our ability to grasp that which we have truly been given!
In the midst of a stormy sea, Jesus bid Peter to get out of the boat and walk on water, something humanly impossible for one to accomplish, that is, if he were human, but we have been made in the image of our Father as spiritual children, supernatural in nature and no longer bound to the laws of the natural world.
Peter did in fact walk on water, that is until his own understanding took over and he looked at his circumstances through his natural senses of what was happening and he immediately sank! Imagine what would happen if we as the body of Christ would realize our spiritual capabilities and could somehow detach ourselves from the natural realm of this world and travel into the supernatural world we have been given access to?
That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of Glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, (us) and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places. Ephesians 1:17-20
