Most men will proclaim each his own goodness, but who can find a faithful man? Proverbs 20:6

Good question, "Who can find a faithful man?" I'm not talking about a church going weekend warrior, but a man like King David, a man after God's own heart! A man who is sold out in his walk with Jesus, a man who is not only devoted but empowered to do that which Jesus did.

I am constantly called to take someone through deliverance, heal their bodies, visit the sick and set the drug addict free, even large churches with hundreds, in some cases thousands would call me to do their dirty work! Really! Where are all the faithful men? The truth is: there just aren't many around because leaders spend time building up their own ministry and neglect their obligation to make disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ!

Discipleship today in our American churches is get them in Sunday school and teach biblical principals, history and in the services, three points and a poem and send them home just as dead and lifeless as they were before they came! Jesus taught His disciples how to cast out demons, perform miracles, preach His gospel and heal the sick and raise the dead! If this were done today the true church would be a formidable force to be reckoned with and would change the world!

And the things that you have heard from me (The apostle Paul) among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also. II Timothy 2:2
