The religious crowd will always come against those who walk in the power of God, doing what they are called to do, just as they were against Jesus. If in fact the Spirit of God dwells in you, He will always be leading you to do the greater works of the Lord Jesus, promised to us who obey His word.
Today there is a great need for the healing power of Christ because there are multitudes sick and dying with the hospitals bursting at the seams and a lack of trained and equipped disciples to pray for them. Jesus said to pray for laborers to go into the harvest because it is white and ready for us to reap the blessing of millions of souls to be healed, saved and delivered by the power of God!
While the Pharisees were trying to stop Jesus from healing a man with a withered hand, Jesus said to him, "Stretch out your hand." He is saying the same thing to us, "Stretch out your faith!" He is calling us for this end time harvest before His glorious return, a time to reap if we don't become weary!
Then he said to the man, "Stretch out your hand." And he stretched it out, and it was restored as whole as the other. Matthew 12:13
