Living the Supernatural Life: Part 1

    I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you will not fulfill the lust of the flesh. Galatians 5:16

    Although the word Supernatural is not in the Bible it means above and beyond what is natural! The flesh is natural, but the Spirit is Supernatural or of heavenly origin. Jesus tells Nicodemus, a Pharisee and religious scholar that in order to live the Supernatural life one must be born again or born of the Spirit.

    When one is born again, he becomes a new creation, a spiritual being living in a fleshly body. Being born of the Spirit one is nourished by Supernatural means and receives his food by the word of God. To walk in the Spirit, one must be led by the Spirit allowing the Holy Spirit access to everything in one's life. 

    Though the body of Christ has many members, every member has a part just as we have a spiritual gift to impart to the rest of the members. God's divine design was to create a living breathing replica of His Son Jesus, to walk on the earth in a Supernatural body comprised of new creation beings, born again and filled with the Holy Spirit.

    If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Galatians 5:25

TRANSFORMATION

    I beseech you therefore brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. Romans 12:1

    At the time of your spiritual birth an amazing transformation begins as old things and habits disappear and your mind begins to receive the word of God, all things become new. A spirit-being begins to evolve as he takes upon himself the very character and divine nature of his Father.

    You are no longer bound to this natural world being transformed by the renewing of your mind and a new world view begins to appear. You come to the realization that you are no longer your own, you have been bought with the blood of Jesus which is priceless! Your eyes begin to see, and your ears begin to hear, and a Supernatural realm appears, on earth as it is in Heaven resonates within your heart!

    The word of God begins to mold you into the image of God, and you grow spiritually into a Supernatural being as the Holy Spirit teaches you and trains you for a new life in Christ. As the mind is renewed you begin to see your enemies and learn to war in the Spirit, and you learn to pray and tear down spiritual strongholds!

    And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. Romans 12:2

YOU SHALL RECEIVE POWER

    "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be My witnesses." Acts 1:8

    At the beginning of His earthly ministry, Jesus was baptized in water by John and then the heaven's opened and His heavenly Father said to Him, "This is My beloved Son in whom I am well pleased!" Next, He was baptized in the Holy Spirit when He descended upon Him in the form of a dove.

    Jesus is our example to follow as we assemble together making up His Supernatural body on the earth! Imagine the church today as we are born again and descend into the water to die to self, resurrected into new life and then baptized with power from on high, we would be a formidable force to be reckoned with!

    This is our Divine destiny to walk together in power, authority and in His anointing to transform the world and make exact replicas of our Lord Jesus, disciples trained, equipped and sent into a world, lost, dying and descending into eternal damnation! "Freely you have received, freely give!"

    "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. "He who believes and is baptized will be saved, but he who does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick and they will recover." Mark 16:15-18

Tim Laughlin has been involved in full time ministry for over thirty-five years. Set free from a $2000.00 a week cocaine addiction and fifteen years of alcoholism, Tim gave his life to Jesus in 1980 and was immediately delivered. Trained in the streets, led only by the Holy Spirit, Tim prayed for drug addicts, prostitutes and anyone else that wanted to be free from the strongholds of sin. With a burning desire to see people saved and healed Tim founded and directed several Christian residential programs such as Manna Ministries, one of the largest and most successful women's ministries in the Southwest. Apostle to the ''NO-BODY'S'' of this world, Tim has been involved in virtually every facet of ministry, from prison, ex offenders, UN-wed mothers, addicts, Gays and those that nobody wants. Without formal training and only a love for people Tim has seen hundreds set free, healed, delivered and raised from the dead by God's powerful anointing available to everyone that asks Him. Through many trials and fires in his own life Tim has learned to trust in the Lord for all of his needs and to rely on the Holy Spirit for guidance in every circumstance. His vision is for the Body of Christ to become the powerful army of disciples that God intended them to be, trained for battle and loving people from all walks of life. Tim's wife, Mary Ann works along side him ministering and training those that come for help. Deemed hopeless from extended drug abuse and surviving five mental institutions, Mary Ann was set free and healed miraculously and restored to a beautiful woman of God.
