About us
Tim Laughlin has been involved in full-time ministry for over forty years. Set free from a $2,000-a-week cocaine addiction and fifteen years of alcoholism, Tim gave his life to Jesus in 1980 and was immediately delivered. Trained in the streets and led only by the Holy Spirit, Tim prayed for drug addicts, prostitutes, and anyone else seeking freedom from the strongholds of sin.
With a burning desire to see people saved and healed, Tim founded and directed several Christian residential programs, including Manna Ministries, one of the largest and most successful women’s ministries in the Southwest. Known as an apostle to the “nobodies” of this world, Tim has served in virtually every facet of ministry—reaching out to prisoners, ex-offenders, unwed mothers, addicts, members of the LGBTQ community, and those society often overlooks.
Without formal theological training, but with a deep love for people, Tim has witnessed hundreds set free, healed, delivered, and even raised from the dead by God’s powerful anointing—available to all who ask Him. Through many personal trials and fiery challenges, Tim has learned to trust the Lord completely and rely on the Holy Spirit for guidance in every situation.
His vision is for the Body of Christ to become the powerful army of disciples God intended—trained for battle and filled with love for people from all walks of life.
Tim’s wife, Mary Ann, works alongside him in ministry and training. Once deemed hopeless after years of drug abuse and five stays in mental institutions, Mary Ann was miraculously healed, set free, and restored into a beautiful woman of God.
Tim and Mary Ann are available to speak at churches and organizations. Personal counseling and one-on-one training are available upon request. Drug and alcohol addiction therapy is also offered for adults and teens through support groups and referrals.

Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits; Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies." Psalms 103: 2-4
