The Wisdom Of God, Part II
The proverbs of Solomon the son of David, king of Israel: To know wisdom and instruction, to perceive the words of understanding, to receive the instruction of wisdom, justice, judgment, and equality. Proverbs 1:1-3
Wisdom is that which comes from the very mind of the Most High and contained within it are all the answers of knowledge, instruction and understanding. We as believers in Christ are stewards of the mysteries of God and we have access through the intersession of the Holy Spirit to know all things.
The scriptures instruct us not to stand in the counsel of the ungodly or to lean on our own natural, worldly understanding of things. In every circumstance the believer must rely on the wisdom and knowledge of God in order to be led into all truth, something the body of Christ has ignored in her pursuit of the world, but we are not of this world, we are citizens of the kingdom of God and ambassadors sent to proclaim the excellencies of the gospel of Jesus Christ!
We have the mind of Christ as believers and nothing is out of our reach, nor is it hidden to those who believe. Many of the parables of Jesus are hidden mysteries, not hidden from us, but put there for us to find! We are on a treasure hunt for the deep things of God, hidden from the world, but buried within the scriptures for us to find and gain godly insight in every facet of our lives.
A wise man will hear and increase learning, and a man of understanding will acquire wise counsel. Proverbs 1:5
