The Vision of the Glorious Church

For the past few hundred years people have built churches using man made patterns handed down through the ages and finally coming to the end of the age with a ritualistic dead system. The biblical model that Jesus gave us in the gospel has been ignored and overlooked and now the Holy Spirit is revealing it to those that would receive it in these last days.
This is not some man made system of church growth developed to fill stadiums, it is a divine revelation available to anyone willing to receive from the gospel of Jesus Christ. Several years ago while out walking and praying, God began to speak to me about a fishing net and about the story in the gospel of John of the disciples fishing on the wrong side of the boat.
It seemed that they had fished all night without catching a single fish and in the morning Jesus appeared to them and asked if they had caught anything. They answered, no and Jesus said to them, ''Cast the net on the right side of the boat, and you will find some.'' John 21: 6   The result of their obedience to His word was astounding and they hauled in 153 large fish.
The formula for nitro-glycerin is obvious, mix nitro and glycerin together and you get a powerful explosion, mix nitro and Dr. Pepper together and you get nothing more than a fiz. The point is this, we have ignored the formula of God's word to build His church and without the Divine Design it will never work. When you build a house you use a blueprint normally drawn by an architect so the building will be precisely as the designer envisioned it. So it is with the Church of the Living God, it must be built according to His plan.
When God gave the design of the tabernacle to Moses He expected it to be built exactly like the plan stated, down to the very last detail. When Solomon was to build the temple, again the builders had to follow God's plan precisely as it was given to them. Today we just rent a building, fill it with seats , put a sign in the front and pray God will send the people. Thousands have been drawn to this kind of modern day man made so called church, but in God's eyes that's all it is, man made.
The rock group U -2 can do the same thing as all the rock groups that have preceded them have done for the past forty years. But that is not God's plan, just to fill chairs and call it church will only lead to an empty shell of good intentions. If you want to see a powerful church built of Spirit filled on fire disciples fulfilling the great commission then you will have to do it God's way.
Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it. Psalms 127: 1
In the beginning, the Trinity: Father, Son and Holy Spirit spoke into existence the entire universe and the earth and all it contained before the fall of man. This was the first display of creative power by the triune God and the agreement of His counterparts. The power of three in one accord with the same goal in mind, to create. Once the creation was accomplished there was given a command to it to be fruitful and multiply.
This decree was given to all living creatures including man to sow his seed and multiply. Within the seed is the nature and character of the seed, for instance, the apple seed has the exact DNA to duplicate an apple, the peach seed, a peach and so on. The word of God is seed according to the gospel of Luke 8: 11, and within this seed is the Divine DNA containing the nature and character of God. When the Divine seed is planted in the heart of man under the right circumstances it produces a new creation, a human being implanted with the very nature and character of God.
The man that is born again and filled with God's Spirit and Divine DNA has the capability of reproducing exact replicas of God in the spiritual sons that he births. We have been given the power to create spiritual life utilizing the spiritual seed that God has given us, it is the fulfillment of God's divine plan for all of mankind, to be fruitful and multiply.
Creative power is calling something that does not yet exist into something that is, utilizing faith and the Word of God. Jesus said to call those things that are not, as though they were. A prime example of this is in Ezekiel 37 where Ezekiel was shown a valley of dry bones and is told to prophesy to the breath to breathe life into that which was dead. As he obeyed the bones began to rattle and a great army began to rise up out of the graveyard signifying a prophetic vision of the end time harvest.
The word of God says that if one can put 1000 to flight and two can put 10,000 to flight, referring to the enemies of God, then three in one accord should be able to put 100,000 to flight. The power of agreement is a formidable force when used to win the lost. In Matthew 18: 18-20 it says that if two or three agree concerning anything they ask, it will be done for them, and if two or three are gathered in His name that Jesus will be in their midst. Anything covers a lot of ground and the possibilities are endless to what the church could accomplish when in agreement with one another.
Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him. And a threefold cord is not quickly broken. Ecclesiastes 4: 12
When God's people begin to agree together for God's kingdom to be established on earth God's way we will see miraculous events taking place through the hands of seemingly unknown people. Everyone knows the story of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego in the book of Daniel. The three of them in agreement refused to give homage to King Nebuchadnezzar and would not worship his golden image even though they knew it was certain death to disobey.
Sure enough the king was furious and threw them into a fiery furnace to be fried like french fries in the midst of the flames; but all of a sudden someone else appeared, Jesus, Son of the living God. The boys were not even scorched by the flame and the king was amazed that the fourth man in the fire was like the Son of God. They were gathered together in the furnace of fire only to be met by the Deliverer fulfilling His promise to be with them whenever they met together in agreement.
The T- CELL representing the model of the Trinity, three in agreement by praying and fasting together will build what will eventually become a net to catch men. Jesus said, '' He would make us fishers of men.'' If then we are to become fishermen, we need a net. This is not just another network or program but a divine strategy to win the lost. By praying and fasting the power of God will break the strongholds that keep men in bondage and prevent them from getting saved.
Each of the three will be praying for three each, ultimately giving them twelve total which is the number of the government of God. The number twelve is very important in the kingdom, there were twelve pillars in the temple, twelve tribes of Israel and the twelve apostles. The goal of the three is to gain twelve and the goal of the twelve is to gain twelve more and so on. This equation is the biblical model that produces the growth of the Body of Christ and the spiritual health and well being provided by the accountability of the members. Everyone is a leader, everyone has the job of making disciples.
There is no doubt that God chose the twelve tribes of Israel to govern His people by using multiple leadership in delegating His wishes to His people. One pastor can only take care of a certain number of people and if he exceeds his limit he experiences burnout. God never intended His sheep to hire a man or men to shepherd them, not that there haven't been some godly pastors and leaders over the last two millenniums, but that is not the divine plan.
The model of the church is illustrated in the book of I Kings 18 when Elijah engages the prophets of Baal and Asherah on Mount Carmel. The people of God were serving false gods and a dead religion ruled by the wicked queen Jezebel. Elijah challenged the false prophets to build an altar and to call upon their god to answer them and the god that answered by fire would prevail.
The prophets of Baal called upon their god to no avail until it came time for Elijah to call upon his. Elijah chose twelve stones and built an altar, representing the temple of the Lord that would later be built out of living stones and then he did something amazing. After he placed the sacrifice that represented Jesus, the perfect offering on the wood, he ordered twelve pots of water to be poured on the entire altar.
The water symbolized the washing of the word of God on the stones to purify them for what was coming next, the fire of God. Elijah called upon the Lord and fire fell from heaven and consumed the sacrifice, the wood, the stones and the water in the trench and the event turned the hearts of the people back to God. This is the prophetic blueprint for the end time church of Jesus Christ plainly displayed in the word of God for all to see.
The next prophetic view of the church is Elisha, church of the double portion anointing. When Elijah met Elisha he was plowing with twelve yoke of oxen representing the twelve apostles of the Lamb that were soon to become living sacrifices, one of them being Paul who would take Judas's place. Elisha received the mantle of Elijah that was a double portion of the powerful anointing that he had fulfilling the words of Jesus when He said, greater works shall you do because I go to the Father.
To you it has been given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God; but to those who are outside, all things come in parables. Mark 4:11
Jesus asked His disciples who they thought He was and they obviously didn't know because of the answers they gave, but Peter received a revelation of the Christ directly from the throne of God. Jesus then said to him that he was blessed because of the revealing of God's plan to redeem man and to build His church on the rock of revelation that is hidden from those that don't have eyes to see. The church can only be built by a revelation from the chief architech revealing His divine plan to man.
Soon after as Jesus was explaining His death, burial and resurrection to the disciples, the rock( Peter) begins to take the Son of God off to the side and rebuke Him, proving that after receiving the keys to the kingdom, they can quickly be taken away. Jesus then rebukes the devil in Peter and says to him,''you are not mindful of the things of God, but the things of men.''
That's the problem, we have not been mindful of the things of God concerning the building of His church but we have catered to the flesh of men and built it according to their selfish ambitions and desires to build their own kingdom. The glorious church of Jesus Christ will be built to His specifications and the gates of hell will surely not prevail against it.
And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. John 1: 14
Jesus appeared for two reasons, to redeem mankind and to build His church. His ministry begins with water baptism and Holy Spirit Baptism and then He goes into the wilderness to pray and fast for forty days being tempted by the devil. After His fast He begins to choose His twelve leaders to establish the foundation of this new spiritual building, a temple made of living stones.
Upon His first visit to the religious leaders of His day He proclaimed to them that the temple would be totally destroyed along with their man centered system of religion and that the new paradigm was about to begin. Just as Elijah destroyed the religious system of his day, Jesus repeats the prophetic vision and begins to train His leadership that will ultimately lead His new church.
Jesus poured His wisdom, vision and character into the twelve to duplicate His heart in them as well as 120 other disciples. Utilizing the power of three being in agreement with the Father and Holy Spirit twelve were birthed and then the government of twelve multiplied into120. When Jesus told them to go to Jerusalem and wait for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit the 132 were praying and fasting for the seed that had been planted to be watered. The fire fell at Pentecost and the entire assembly were filled with the Holy Spirit.
The church of the living God was birthed and on its way to becoming a mega church in a period of three and a half short years. Peter stepped out of the upper room and addressed the crowd with the gospel of Jesus Christ and three thousand gave their lives and hearts to follow Him. Keep in mind they didn't have bibles, tracts, overhead projectors, chairs or air conditioning to draw the crowds and yet they yielded to the Holy Spirit and got saved.
Now the disciples have an even greater problem, when the dust cleared and the cloud lifted there were 3000 guests from out of town with no place to live and no livelihood. Think of the the ramifications that this posed for this brand new church of 132 green disciples. Where are we going to put them and what are we going to feed them and besides that they are sending for their family members. The glorious church of the Lord Jesus Christ was well on its way.
The church continued to multiply and divide as God planned and eventually Paul was saved, being the twelfth apostle and continued the ministry of the church by taking the vision to the Gentiles. Through the years that followed, persecutions and afflictions and the traditions of man slowly perverted the gospel and the Divine plan was again hidden from those that didn't have eyes to see. Today God is beginning to awaken the vision to faithful men and women that will carry it around the world and establish what will be the ''Glorious Church of the Lord Jesus Christ in the last days.''
If this vision has touched your heart and you feel that you want to be apart of something that will totally consume you with the passion of God and the fire of His Spirit then contact us and we will help you fulfill your destiny to be apart of His glorious church. For someone to walk in this vision I will warn you that you will have to die to all fleshly traditions, ambitions and man made agendas to truly fulfill God's plan for His church. There will be no ''Superstars'' and everyone will have to carry their own load. The making of disciples is a costly endeavor requiring much sacrifice and the laying down of one's life.
Prayer, fasting and discipline will be the order of the day to make this vision come to reality. As you move into the will of God pertaining to His divine plan you will experience much warfare and will need to prepare yourself for constant battle. Many have shed their blood for the church of Jesus Christ over the last two thousand years and I am sure much more will be shed as we move closer into the end of days.
May God impart this vision into your heart, Your servant in Christ, Tim Laughlin
''Thus speaks the Lord of hosts, saying: 'This people says,''The time has not come, the time that the Lord's house should be built.'' ' ''
Then the word of the Lord came by Haggai the prophet, saying,
''Is it time for you yourselves to dwell in your paneled houses, and this temple to lie in ruins?''
Now therefore, thus says the Lord of hosts: ''Consider your ways!
''You have sown much, and bring in little; you eat, but do not have enough; you drink, but you are not filled with drink; you clothe yourselves, but no one is warm; and he who earns wages, earns wages to put into a bag with holes.''
Thus says the Lord of hosts: ''Consider your ways! Haggai 1: 2-6
'Who is left among you who saw this temple in its former glory? And how do you see it now? In comparison with it, is this not in your eyes as nothing? Haggai 2:3
