The Divine Blood Line, Part II
In Him we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will, that we who first trusted in Christ should be to the praise of His glory. Ephesians 1:11,12
Unlike our human counterpart, the old nature or old man as he is called, having inherited the sin of Adam, we as new creations have inherited the divine bloodline of the Lord Jesus Christ receiving all the benefits of the kingdom of God. Washed from sin and condemnation, sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise and set free to rule and reign in the eternal realm of God's glorious presence we have become royal priests to minister before the very throne of the Most High!
It just doesn't get any better than that, receiving all that Jesus is: His divine nature, His gifts, authority and power, and the precious blood shed on the cross for us, now flowing within our veins making us a part of a supernatural family of heavenly beings. Predestined according to God's purpose and plan for us to be the exact expression of the Lord Jesus Christ in the earth as His body doing what the Father shows us by the leading of His Spirit. Christ in us, the very hope of glory for us and for all who we come in contact with as we traverse the earth in the power of the Lord Jesus Christ!
The true church of Jesus Christ, the assembly of the righteous is not a place to go, nor is it an organization to join, or a social order to meet new friends, it is the Person and body of Jesus in human form, anointed and empowered by the Holy Spirit to carry out His mission on the earth to make disciples according to His very likeness, possessing His divine nature and spreading His message for men to repent and be washed of their sin and become born again new creations in Christ!
In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is the guarantee (down payment) of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession to the praise of His glory. Ephesians 1:13,14
