"As the Father loved Me, I have also loved you, abide in My love. "If you keep my commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father's commandments and abide in His love." John 15:9,10

As the scripture states, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son," who in turn gave Himself for us to become sons of God! The love of God is unfathomable, it cant be measured. As the sand of the seashore can be counted and the stars of Heaven too, God's love can not, because it is larger than anything in the physical universe.

In order to keep the commandments one has to build a love relationship with God and from this he will develop a love for his neighbor as well. God is not speaking of keeping the ten commandments, for no one but Jesus kept them, He is speaking of the commands of Christ, "Loving God with all of your heart and loving your neighbor as yourself." Upon these the law was fulfilled in Christ!

If we are to live in God's holy presence we must be like God and set our mind and heart toward Heaven with our thoughts, not on the things of the world but on Him in continual communion and supplication, praying and meditating on His word. If we will do this we will become living sacrifices offering up our lives for His and we will live forever in His presence! AMEN.

Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the path of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful; but his delight is in the law (word) of the Lord, and in His word he meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper. Psalm 1:1-3
