For it is written: "As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to Me and every tongue shall confess to God." So then each of us shall give an account of himself to God. Romans 14:11,12
We are ultimately accountable to God for our life, our sins and our behavior, whether good or bad while we are on the planet. For those of us who are born again we will stand before the "Judgment Seat of Christ" and render an account of what we did in His body. The lost on the other hand will stand before the "Great White Throne judgment" where they will be judged for their sins!
As stewards of the mysteries of God we must show ourselves approved to God as workers, rightly dividing the word of truth, being able to study and meditate on the revelation given to us by the Spirit and to be able to share it with others. We all are required to develop a relationship with God through Jesus Christ by spending time with Him in prayer, supplication and meditation growing in grace and strengthening ourselves in His word.
Our accountability of time spent, deeds done and the stewardship over that which was given us will all be brought to light in the end when we stand before Him. It is of the utmost for us to find our destiny and fulfill that which He has given us to do while we journey with Him in His kingdom on earth!
Let a man so consider us, as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God. Moreover it is required in stewards that one be found faithful. I Corinthians 4:1,2
