Entering The Veil Of Separation
And Jesus cried out with a loud voice, and breathed His last. Then the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. Mark 15:37,38
Jesus made a way through His death, burial and resurrection for man to come to God without the need of a human mediator, to enter through the veil of separation and come directly to the throne of grace! We no longer have a man to lead us to God. A new and living way was established for man to be cleansed from his sins and to become a royal priest to offer up spiritual sacrifices to God.
Upon His death Jesus did away with the old priesthood, the traditions of the elders and the ritualistic rules and regulations of man-made religion. The law was fulfilled and the prophecies came to pass that a Savior would come to set His people free and to liberate them from the confines of a dead religion. From the time of Adam, God has desired to establish a people who would love Him with all of their heart and bring Heaven down to earth. Throughout the history of God's chosen He has tried to bring them to a place of fullness and fulfillment, from the bondage and deliverance of Egypt to the time of the death of Christ, God has desired a people to live in the realm of the kingdom of Heaven on earth.
For the people of God to live in victory they must enter through the veil of separation into the dimension of a supernatural realm of kingdom living. No longer attached to the natural they must walk in the Spirit to be able to live in the supernatural. In order for the kingdom of God to fill the earth, His people must come forth from the world into His glorious light, no longer bound to dead religion and set free from man made tradition passed down through the ages, a royal priesthood of blood washed saints must arise and take their rightful place to rule and reign with Christ!
Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time need. Hebrews 4:16
ACCESS TO THE FATHER
But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ. For He Himself is our peace who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation, having abolished in His flesh the enmity (ill will) , that is the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace, and that He might reconcile them both to God in one body through the cross, thereby putting to death the enmity. Ephesians 2:13-16
Imagine standing at Calvary looking at the cross as Jesus was yielding up His Spirit after suffering a horrible death for us all to inherit eternal life. The price had been paid in full and man was now free from his sins, healed of his diseases and liberated from the generational curse of Adam. The veil in the temple had been ripped from top to bottom signifying man's ability to come into the very throne room of God!
What a glorious deliverance for mankind to be set free by the Savior's cleansing blood, but then, all of a sudden after witnessing the greatest of all the acts of kindness and mercy ever, man slowly walks back into the old temple, complete with it's ritualistic man-made religion, attends service after service only to die spiritually trying to remember what happened on the cross! Like a dog that returns to his vomit, he comes back under a yoke of slavery to a dead religious system of man-made, man-centered worship that has no benefit whatsoever.
The devil has convinced man that it's all a fantasy, a dream, an unattainable goal to reach for the stars and live a supernatural life in the kingdom of God on earth! Satan has tempted man to rebuild the old priesthood that Jesus destroyed at the time of His death, complete with temple, ritual and rote, full of guilt if you don't show up and works to make you feel good about your relationship with God! Don't believe it, well there's one on every corner built just like the old synagogue, under the yoke of man, in bondage to tradition and doctrine passed down through the ages to keep man chained to a dead religious structure. Ask Jesus what the devil said to Him when He entered the wilderness after hearing His Father say to Him,"This is My beloved Son in whom I am well pleased," he had the audacity to say, "If you are the Son of God!"
Therefore you are no longer a slave, but a son, and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ. But indeed, when you did not know God, you served those which by nature are not gods. But now after you have know God, or rather are known by God, how is it that you turn again to the weak and beggarly elements, to which you desire again to be in bondage? Galatians 4:7-9
ENTRANCE TO THE KINGDOM
If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God. Set your mind on things above, not on things of the earth. For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ who is our life appears, then you will also appear with Him in glory. Colossians 3:1-4
You have heard the old saying that some are so heavenly minded that they are no earthly good, but I would say that we need to change our minds about who we really are and of whom we belong and set our minds and heart toward Heaven where Christ is. Our citizenship is in Heaven not on earth, we are only here for one reason and that is to serve God with all of our heart and establish His kingdom on earth.
We are all missionary's sent to evangelize an entire planet and to preach the message of the cross to those who would receive and believe and thus become new creations like us. We are no longer of this world and we have no attachment here; we are all citizens of the kingdom of God sent on a mission to reap a harvest of souls, not to establish democracy nor a capitalistic government but a supernatural kingdom in which righteousness dwells. It doesn't matter who's President because the sons of God serve a king who is Lord of all and we have the ability to change political environments by prayer and fasting and not by voting. It is an historical proven fact that the church thrives under persecution and becomes lax under any other form of government because we are motivated to serve in the midst of conflict.
The Word says that we are not to love this world and if anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in them because the world dims the light and glory of His kingdom and chokes the life and spirit out of them. We have entered through the veil into uncharted territory reserved for only the brave who would dare to take Jesus at His word and follow Him as their only Monarch and the ruler of their lives. Will you step through the veil that has been torn for you to enter into the adventure of a lifetime and follow the Lord to a new and supernatural walk of the Spirit, denying the pleasures of this life and taking up your cross to follow in the Master's footsteps? If you do you will never be the same! Glory!
Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure, for if you do these things you will never stumble; for so an entrance will be supplied to you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. II Peter 1:10,11
