For a righteous man may fall seven times, and rise again, but the wicked shall fall by calamity. Proverbs 24:16
Within 16 years of my conversion, God had blessed me with a training Center, church, and one of the largest and most successful ministries in the Southwest. I was truly blessed and everything was looking great until God began to deal with me about a longstanding heart problem!
One of the very first young ladies who came to us at the farm stayed at our home and every morning I would spend time with her in the Word. She was very seductive and my marriage wasn't very strong to say the least, having married at the tender age of sixteen. I had no business going into a women's ministry, but there seemed to be supernatural grace available to protect me.
One morning the young lady told me she was in love with me and it shook me to the core, never having been in love, I was about to experience something I knew nothing about. As my whole spiritual life and ministry passed before my eyes I struggled with this dilemma until the Lord said, "Get her out and send her away!" I did and by His grace nothing happened. And then I made a stupid mistake, I made an inner vow and judgment that would eventually come back to haunt me! I said, "Satan, you will never make me fall with a woman!"
Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit. Proverbs 18:21
