LOVE

"But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me." Acts 1:8

The outpouring at Pentecost was the first "Corporate anointing" that empowered the first Christian fellowship to go forth and do the greater works of Jesus! At our new training center we too experienced this outpouring that settled upon the entire property, especially the ladies choir, and when people came on to the grounds many testified that they began to weep and were deeply touched by the Holy Spirit.

This anointing comes from unity, consistency and a vision to obey the leading of God's Spirit. After we separated from Bob Phillips, God set us free from all conflict which came from two different visions and from men who were devoid of the love for others. The ministry thrived as we set about to train, equip, deliver and make disciples of those whom the Lord sent. The Lord supported us through the gifts and prayers of mostly the poor who would send in donations of $5 and $10 but God was always faithful!

Manna Ministries became one of the largest and most successful Christian rehabilitation centers in the Southwest, ministering to adult women, juveniles and many who were stipulated from both probation and parole departments. We had a church that ministered to the ladies and their families and a food ministry that gave out truck loads of food to other ministries as well as needy families. The Lord had truly blessed us, but there was another storm brewing on the horizon!

Behold how good and how pleasant it is for brethren (and sisters) to dwell together in unity! It is like the precious oil (anointing) upon the head, running down the beard  of Aaron (Royal Priesthood) running down the edge of His garments. It is like the dew of Hermon, descending upon the mountain of Zion; for there the Lord commanded the blessing-Life forevermore. Psalm 133:1-3
