"Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to the Father." John 14:12

Jesus didn't say greater works shall the apostles do, or Peter or Paul or anyone else recorded in the New Testament, He said, "He who believes in Him!" That is anyone of us who believe in Jesus can perform greater signs, wonders and miracles than even He did!

The devil has done his dead level best to destroy this belief in anyone performing supernatural works in this day and age. Many denominations, churches, Christian schools and institutions refuse to believe in the supernatural works of the Holy Spirit, thereby perverting the word of God and from these, depart!

We are the children of God, transformed by the supernatural metamorphosis caused by the blood of Jesus Christ when our sins were washed away and we became "Born Again" new creations in Christ! Upon receiving the Holy Spirit we inherited all the power and supernatural ability to perform miracles in His name!

"And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask me anything in My name, I will do it." John 14:13,14

And he who had died came out bound hand and foot with grave clothes, and his face was wrapped with a cloth. Jesus said to them, "Loose him and let him go." John 11:44

This story is personal for me because not long after I was saved I went back into the world of business and began to make money and it began to grab my heart! There is nothing wrong with good honest work and it is not a sin to make a good living, except when it consumes your mind and heart and takes away from your relationship with God.

One morning praying in my office with a friend of mine the Lord Jesus spoke to me in the spirit and said to me, "Come with Me!" I said, "Where?" He said go to an old cemetery in Aurora, Texas not far from my office. I knew it well because we would skip school and go there and so when we drove up to the old iron gated entrance the sign read, " I am the resurrection and the life he who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live." John 11:25

We pulled in and stopped at a shelter where the Lord compared me with Lazarus coming out of the grave, bound with grave clothes that represented the worries and cares of this life and then He said to me, "Choose this day whom you will serve, Me or the world." I answered and said, "You Lord!" When I got back to the office there was a constable there who served me papers and I went bankrupt for a half million dollars for unpaid bills accumulated from my drug and alcohol addictions!

"I call Heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live." Deuteronomy 30:1

Now a certain man was sick, Lazarus of Bethany, the town of Mary and her sister Martha. John 11:1

Sometimes we have a problem separating the God from the humanity of Jesus, although He was fully God, He was also fully human! His emotions were human as well as His five senses and He felt pain just as we do as in the story of His friend, Lazarus who died and Jesus was saddened.

The sisters of Lazarus sent word to Jesus that he was sick and asked that He come and pray for him. When Jesus heard the message He said, "This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God." Jesus walked and lived in the same faith that He has given us, not in His divinity did He heal and deliver, but by the same faith that God used to create when He spoke into existence, the entire universe!

Jesus waited two more days before He went to Lazarus and when He got to his home, he was already dead. Everyone was mourning and some were questioning His ability to heal when He said, "Our friend Lazarus sleeps, but I go that I may wake him." Jesus went to the tomb and said, "Take away the stone" and his sister said that he was in the grave for four days and He said to her that if she would believe she would see the glory of God and then He said, "Lazarus, come forth!"

"I am the resurrection and the life, he who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. "And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?" John 11:25,26

Now there is in Jerusalem by the Sheep Gate a pool, which is called in Hebrew, Bethesda having five porches. In these lay a great multitude of sick people, blind, lame, paralyzed, waiting for the moving of the water. For an angel went down at a certain time into the pool and stirred up the water; then whoever stepped in first, after the stirring of the water, was made well of whatever disease he had. John 5:2-4

A certain man was lying there who had an infirmity for thirty eight years waiting on the angel to stir the waters, but the man was paralyzed and there was no one to put him into the water! Jesus saw him and asked him, "Do you want to be made well?"

I would have thought after thirty eight years this man would have figured out a way to get into this pool first, but year after year he just laid there and watched everyone else get in before him! Jesus was testing his faith and how big his "Want To" was. We had a man in our drug program one time who always said that concerning one's ability to get free from drugs and how bad they wanted it!

Many want to be healed or delivered, but how bad they want it depends on whether they will receive it or not and be healed! So, do you need a touch from God? If so, "How big is your want to?"

Jesus said to him, "Rise, take up your bed and walk." And immediately the man was made well, took up his bed, and walked. John 5:8,9

"Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again (born from above) he cannot see the kingdom of God." John 3:3

This is the second greatest New Testament miracle, the transformation of man into a spiritual being! The born again experience is like no other when Holy Spirit brings about the conviction of a man's sins and he repents, being forgiven, he is washed by the precious blood of Christ!

Forty years ago sitting in my living room planning a half million dollar drug deal there was a knock on my door and a man who had been praying for me came in and told me about Jesus! I was a wreck with a $2000.00 a week cocaine addiction, an alcoholic and an abuser of meth, opium, hash, grass, Quaalude's, Percodan, and acid! (To name a few!)

I was convicted that my life was a mess before the man ever showed up and the only words I remember was, "Do you believe God will save you tonight?" I dropped to my knees and said yes! It literally felt like a millions tons were lifted from my shoulders and peace began to flood my soul! Set free from drugs and alcohol, my life has never been the same since I was born again! Are you born again? If not, confess and repent of your sins and give your life to Jesus and I promise you will never be the same!

"Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God, "That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit." John 3:5,6

In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. John 1:1

The greatest sign, wonder and miracle this side of creation was God coming to earth in a human form as the Word, the Lord Jesus Christ! It is hard for man to understand the Trinity, the threefold beings of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit, all three are God and all are One!

Think of an egg as an illustration of the triune God, the shell represents God the Father who is all encompassing and omnipresent and the yoke as the flesh of the Lord Jesus Christ and lastly the egg white or clear part is the Holy Spirit. Three in one, but all God! A Divine miracle of God's love, mercy and grace to be transformed supernaturally into a man born of a virgin, come to save His people from their sins!

When we look at Jesus we see the attributes, character and heart of God the Father, because He is God in the flesh, the Light of the world and the supernatural life that transforms man into a new creation!

And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. John 1:14

Then as He entered a certain village, there met Him ten men who were lepers, who stood afar off. And they lifted up their voices and said, "Jesus, Master, have mercy on us!" Luke 17:12,13

Within this scripture ten lepers were cleansed of their leprosy by the Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus told them to go and show themselves to the priests, the reason was to validate their healing and to prove it was genuine, but also to fulfill the law.

Leprosy was considered to be a sign of uncleanness caused by a person's sin and when someone was cleansed he had to go before the priests to be examined and a sacrifice would be given to atone for his sins. This is why Jesus told them to go before the priests.

By appearing before the priests they would have seen that Jesus, our High Priest not only cleansed the lepers of their disease but He also had the divine power to forgive their sins! As the ten left they were cleansed by their faith, being obedient but did not return to thank Him except one.

"Were there not any found who returned to give glory to God except this foreigner?" And He said to him, "Arise, go your way. Your faith has made you well." Luke 17:18,19

In that hour Jesus rejoiced in the Spirit and said, "I thank You Father, Lord of Heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and intelligent and revealed them to babes. Luke 10:21

Jesus was rejoicing over His disciple's "Child-like faith" which they had exhibited during their short mission trip. Exercising spiritual gifts, casting out demons and healing the sick doesn't involve thinking with your mind, but being led by the Spirit!

Take for instance, speaking in tongues, it doesn't require a thought process because it bypasses the brain and comes from the spirit of a man! This is why baby Christians can perform signs, wonders and miracles, they don't over-think the process because Holy Spirit works the miraculous! I saw many more miracles when I was first starting out before I got educated in the Word!

Don't get me wrong, being stewards of the mysteries of the kingdom and showing yourselves approved by God in handling accurately the word of God is very important, while also retaining child-like faith in order to operate in the Spirit!

Then He turned to His disciples and said privately, "Blessed are the eyes which see the things you see; "For I tell you that many prophets and kings have desired to see what you see, and have not seen it, and to hear the things you hear, and have not heard it." Luke 10:23,24

Then the seventy returned with joy, saying, "Lord, even the demons are subject to us in Your name." Luke 10:17

Jesus sent out seventy other disciples to heal the sick and cast out demons and they returned, joyful that what He had told them was indeed true, that in His name they had all power and authority over their enemies!

One day while trying to cast a demon out of a woman speaking in a demonic male voice and feeling pretty cocky I commanded the demon to bow before the Lord Jesus Christ. The demon said no! So, two more times I commanded him to bow before the Lord and he also said, no, when the Holy Spirit whispered in my ear, "He's bowed three times, what else do you want him to do?" I laughed and could imagine seeing Him roll His eyes at my pitiful attempt to command this demon to bow!

From that day forward I didn't converse with demons, only to say, "Come out!" I had realized the power and authority we have been given over the powers of darkness and that they are liars! No matter what they tell you, command them out and leave knowing that you have authority in Christ!

"Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you." Luke 10:19

And they came to Him, saying, "Master, Master, we are perishing!" Then He arose and rebuked the wind and the raging of the water. And they ceased, and there was a calm. Luke 8:24

There are many storms that blow into our lives, but its how we deal with them that matters! We can cower in fear and hope it blows over, or we can stand firm in faith believing God will deliver us!

Jesus was asleep in the boat when a gale blew in and the disciples were shaking in fear and disbelief and they woke Him up and He rebuked the wind and said to His disciples, "Where is your faith?" They had seen His miracles and marveled at the mighty signs and wonders He had performed, but now in the midst of their storm they refused to believe!

Where is your faith, in your ability to ride out the storm or stand firm in His word and believe? You will know when it comes upon you if you have faith in God's ability to deliver you and save you from the tempest that has come into your life!

And they were afraid, and marveled, saying to one another, "Who can this be? For He commands the winds and water, and they obey Him!" Luke 8:25

Jesus said to Simon Peter, "Launch out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch." Luke 5:4

Simon answered and said to Him, "Master, we have toiled all night and caught nothing; nevertheless at your word I will let down the net." How many times have we rejected the Spirit trying to lead us and we rejected Him?

Our way or the highway as the old saying goes and yet many times God tries to give us His best for us, but we think we have a better way! Sometimes we are impulsive and sometimes we are too slow and miss what He is doing! There have been many times that I have been stubborn and rejected the good God was trying to give me, only to miss out on His blessing.

Peter, reluctantly launched out into the deep at the word Jesus gave him and saw a great miracle of provision. Their catch was so great that their nets were breaking! Remember the scripture, "Pressed down, shaken together and running over?" That is God's will for us, divine abundance!

And when they had done this, they caught a great number of fish, and their net was breaking. Luke 5:6

And seeing from afar a fig tree having leaves, He went to see if perhaps He would find something on it. When He came to it, He found nothing but leaves, for it was not the season for figs. In response Jesus said to it, "Let no one eat fruit from you ever again." Mark 11:13,14

Jesus was going into Jerusalem and when He saw the money changers at the temple and those who bought and sold, He drove them out and overturned their tables and said to them, "My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nationsbut you have made it a den of thieves."

The fig tree is a symbol of Israel and maybe Jesus, knowing the heart of His people cursed it as He found no fruit on it! So it is today in the churches there is little fruit and many are chasing after money and the things of the world with little devotion to God! What would Jesus say to us today if He visited our services and found no fruit?

The next day they passed by the fig tree and saw that it was dried up from the roots and they marveled at the sight of it and that Jesus had cursed it! Jesus said to them, "Have Faith in God."

"For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast into the sea, and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.' "Mark 11:23

And when He had come out of the boat, immediately there met Him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit. Mark 5:2

During my training at Holy Ghost University I learned much about the demonic, but it wasn't until I began a residential ministry for drug addicts that I experienced what Jesus dealt with when the Gadarene demoniac appeared!

This man whom Jesus confronted had supernatural strength, was living in the tombs, running naked and cutting himself with stones! Breaking chains that he was shackled with, he broke free and no one could restrain him. We had a women's ministry and I have seen some pretty unusual stuff coming out of those young ladies. A sixteen year old picked up our copy machine with one hand in a fit of rage, one woman jumped out of the window, many others were "cutters," those who cut themselves with knives and razor blades, others would writhe on the floor like a snake.

It was a flying circus for many years with people from all walks of life coming into our program to get free. Drug addicts, alcoholics, prostitutes, homosexuals and many others who were demon possessed! The man Jesus dealt with had 5000-6000 demons, but all those demons couldn't stop him from coming to Him to get free!

Jesus said to the man, "Come out of the man, unclean spirit!" Then He asked him, "What is your name?" And he answered saying, "My name is Legion; for we are many." Mark 5:8,9

And behold two blind men sitting by the road, when they heard that Jesus was passing by, cried out saying, "Have mercy on us, O Lord, Son of David!" Matthew 20:30

I cant find one scripture where Jesus turned someone down for healing, sometimes he questioned them, but never did He refuse to heal or deliver! So why today do many suffer through sickness and disease without a touch from the Son of God?

There are many answers to this question, some say it is not His will, or they are not worthy, or God doesn't heal anymore because miracles passed away, but all of these answers are wrong! We as believers are endowed with all of His power, anointing and authority to heal: sickness, disease, infirmity and the demonic.

Jesus asked the two blind men what they wanted and they said, "That our eyes may be opened." The one thing that may be missing from our ministries of healing is compassion! Do we really have compassion on the sick? I didn't have much for many years, even looking down on those who were sick until I was diagnosed with cancer which changed my whole outlook on those who were ill!

So Jesus had compassion and touched their eyes. And immediately their eyes received sight, and they followed Him. Matthew 20:34

"Lord, have mercy on my son, for he is an epileptic and suffers severely; for he often falls into the fire and often into the water. "So I brought him to Your disciples, but they could not cure him." Matthew 17:15,16

It is God's will to heal us of all sickness, disease and infirmity! Jesus healed all who came to Him, epileptics, lepers, the blind and the demonized! So, when praying for the sick don't say, "If its God's will, say, "Be healed in Jesus name!"

When the disciples failed to deliver the epileptic and asked Jesus why they could not heal the lad, He told them that this kind does not come out except by prayer and fasting! When praying for the sick always ask for the leading of the Spirit who knows what the person needs and He will give you insight and wisdom concerning their healing, or in the boy's case, deliverance!

God has healed His people throughout biblical history and since the death, burial and resurrection of His Son Jesus we are healed by the shedding of His blood! Praise be to God!

Is anyone among you sick let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save (deliver) the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins he will be forgiven. James 5:14,15

And behold a woman of Canaan came from that region and cried out to Him, saying, "Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David! My daughter is severely demon-possessed." Matthew 15:22

Jesus told this Gentile mother that deliverance was the children's bread, in other words reserved for the House of Israel. Deliverance is also for the believer, those who are also demonized and in need of the power of God to set them free!

The question was asked to Derek Prince, a man of God, author and well versed in the ministry of deliverance, "Can a Christian have a demon?" He answered and said, "A Christian can have anything he wants!" The difference is unbelievers can be possessed, but a believer cannot, only oppressed because he is possessed by the Holy Spirit.

We had many daughters brought to us, many of whom were demon-possessed, drug addicted and slaves of sexual perversion! Some were in fact believers, but many others were lost and tormented. For those who wanted their freedom, Jesus set them free, but for the others who continued in their sins they kept the demons that dwelled within them!

Then Jesus answered and said to her, "O woman, great is your faith! Let it be to you as you desire." And her daughter was healed from that very hour. Matthew 15:28

Immediately Jesus made His disciples get into the boat and go before Him to the other side, while He sent the multitudes away. Matthew 14:22

Jesus gave His disciples many lessons in faith, showing them great signs and wonders and many miracles in which He used to validate His position in the earth as One who possessed all power and authority!

The disciples were in the boat tossed by the waves of the sea when Jesus came walking on water. Even after seeing His great power of healing, restoring sight to the blind and raising the dead they were afraid and thought He was a ghost! Jesus spoke to them and said, "Be of good cheer! It is I; do not be afraid."

Everyone knows that walking on water is virtually impossible for any human being to accomplish but Peter asked the question, "Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the water." Peter got out of the boat and walked on the water until he took His eyes off of Jesus and was afraid of the waves and began to sink! "Lord save me!"

And immediately Jesus stretched out His hand and caught him,, and said to him, "O you of little faith, why did you doubt?" Matthew 14:31

Then He commanded the multitudes to sit down on the grass. And He took the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up to Heaven, He broke and gave the loaves to the disciples; and the disciples gave to the multitudes. Matthew 14:19

The miracle of multiplication, God's power to turn nothing into something! Take the tithe for instance, you give 10% of your income to God and normally it comes back times ten! I remember the very first time I tithed after I had been saved and joined the local church.

I had my last $100 in my pocket and reluctantly and gave it in the offering and that week I made a $1000.00! Needless to say I continued to tithe and give until God was blessing everything I set my hand to do. I believe that today for the believer we give according to the leading of the Holy Spirit which sometimes is much more than 10%!

As the scripture states, "Give and you shall receive, pressed down, shaken together and running over!" This is a divine principal that is designed to bless the body of Christ so that there can be equality in the assembly of believers and everyone has their needs met! Jesus gave an example of kingdom giving by turning five loaves and two fish into a feast for 5000!

So they all ate and were filled, and they took up twelve baskets full of the fragments that remained. Now those who had eaten were about five thousand men, besides women and children. Matthew 14:20,21

Behold, a ruler came and worshiped Him, saying, "My daughter has just died, but come and lay Your hand on her and she will live." Matthew 9:18

Years ago someone called me about an infant who had died and the mother wanted to have a little service for the child. I came and we prayed and I left feeling sorry for the young mother. The next call I received was concerning the mother who's kidneys failed and they wanted me to come and pray for her, which I did.

When I entered the ICU she was on a vent and as yellow as a lemon, clinically dead. I prayed and then went into the family room where the Doctor was explaining to her parents that there was no hope for her. The Holy Spirit spoke to me and said go back in and pray again and so I did but didn't see any change and left in faith that God had it under control!

Like many of my experiences praying for people over the years as the scripture states, "These signs will follow them that believe." And so it was that usually I didn't get to witness the miracles that followed my prayers! A day or so later I received the report that the young mother was healed and left the hospital. Praise God!

When Jesus came into the ruler's house, and saw the flute players and the noisy crowd wailing, He said to them, "Make room for the girl is not dead, but sleeping." And they ridiculed Him. But when the crowd was put outside, He went in and took her by the hand, and the girl arose. Matthew 9:23-25

And suddenly, a woman who had a flow of blood for twelve years came from behind and touched the hem of His garment. Matthew 9:20

I can testify of what this is like because I bled for six years and finally after not going to doctors for forty years went to a urologist. For most of my spiritual life I prayed and believed God to heal me but this time it was different.

For years I have fought, prayed and bound my way through high blood pressure, AFIB, shingles in my eye, blindness and many other sicknesses and disease, but this time it seemed I had no control! It was really getting bad when one day I swelled up like a toad and went to the ER where they said I had a liter of blood in my bladder and my kidneys had failed! The nurse said I would be on dialysis for the rest of my life and so they admitted me.

The next day after praying for healing the kidney Doctor came in and after two blood tests was amazed that my kidneys were better than normal, Praise God! Next a crusty old urologist who looked and talked like General Patton came in and said he was going to biopsy my bladder which the next day he did and when I woke up in excruciating pain and saw my wife crying I knew it wasn't going to be good news.

He said I had High Grade bladder cancer and told my wife it looked like an angry beast. After two weeks in the hospital with the most amazing grace on my life with no fear, I was released and went to the Doctor to find out what the outcome would be. He told me they would take the bladder out and put a bag on me but I didn't receive it and went for a second opinion from a Russian Doctor who told me I had a 70% chance of saving my bladder, well that's better than Vegas, so I said go ahead!

After the procedure, the biopsy still showed low grade cancer so after a week or so I went back to him to start whatever treatment he had for me. Keep in mind I had many praying and interceding, so he comes in and says to me, "I cant treat what you don't have!" Somehow God healed me and let the Doc in on it! Praise God I have been cancer free for two and a half years!

Jesus turned around and saw the woman and said, "Be of good cheer, daughter; your faith has made you well." And the woman was made well from that hour. Matthew 9:22

Now when He got into a boat, His disciples followed Him. And suddenly a great tempest arose on the sea, so that the boat was covered with the waves. But He was asleep. Matthew 8:23,24

Back in the early eighties on a farm where we began our first residential ministry, there were many times when the weather would turn ugly with the threat of tornadoes that I would be standing out in the rain rebuking the storm!

I still do it today! One time a massive tornado was bearing down on us when we had moved back into the city and as we rebuked it, it jumped over us and destroyed much of downtown Ft. Worth!Remember, we have been given all power and authority over demons, sickness, death and even the weather!

As Jesus slept His disciples panicked and woke Him, saying that they were perishing! Jesus rebuked them for their lack of faith and then rebuked the storm and there was a great calm! Do you have a storm raging in your life? Have faith, believe, and rebuke it!

So the men marveled, saying, "Who can this be, that even the winds and the sea obey Him?" Matthew 8:27

When evening had come, they brought to Him many who were demon possessed. And He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet. Matthew 8:16,17

Who would have ever thought that a crazed drug addicted man nicknamed "Mad-dog" would ever amount to be anything? A millionaire at 25 and cutting scrap metal at 33 left me broke, busted and disgusted! The "White-lady" (cocaine) took me down and almost destroyed me if it hadn't been for Jesus!

Saved one night and set free in my living room while planning a drug deal and then being baptized in the Holy Spirit a few months later, my life was totally transformed! The week I was filled with the Holy Spirit I met an old carpet cleaner, Milton Green who was experienced in casting out demons. He moved into our home and began to minister deliverance to hundreds. I sat next to him and learned all I could and God blessed us greatly with many miracles of His grace!

It wasn't long before I had a deliverance ministry seeing many set free from demons and healed of various demonic spirits and sicknesses. I found out that many churches totally rejected this powerful ministry because it was too messy so they would send their demonized to me, making me the "Garbage-man" of the church. Didn't matter, I got to see God's glory and healing power! Praise God!

Now when Jesus had come into Peter's house, He saw his wife's mother lying sick with a fever. Matthew 8:14

Years ago at the beginning of my ministry with Jesus, I took a family out of the woods who were living in an old school bus. They had three kids that were in school and they bathed them in the river and dried them by a campfire, it was a pitiful scene.

The Lord led me to take them out of the woods and put them in a home that a friend of mine owned and I put a story in the local newspaper and people began to give so much so that I had to rent a truck and a warehouse. The night we moved them in the house it was fully stocked with furniture, clothes and new shoes for the kids as well as food in abundance!

I invited the reporter who wrote the story and we visited the family the night they moved in. When we entered one of their children, a little girl had a high fever, so in front of the reporter I laid hands on her and rebuked the demon and immediately it left her! Praise God!

So Jesus touched her hand and the fever left her. And she arose and served them. Matthew 8:15

Now when Jesus entered Capernaum, a centurion came to Him, pleading with Him, saying, "Lord my servant is lying at home paralyzed, dreadfully tormented." And Jesus said to him, "I will come and heal him." Matthew 8:5-7

The centurion answered and said that he was not worthy for Jesus to come to his home but for Him to just say the word and his servant would be healed. He then proceeded to tell Jesus that he was a man under authority with men under him and whatever he told them to do, they would do.

Jesus was amazed that this Gentile had such great faith, but the key was that the centurion understood authority. He knew Jesus had all authority to heal the sick and to even raise the dead. Like he himself when he told his servants to do something, they did it and he believed the same was true of Jesus.

We would do well to follow this example of the centurion's faith and understanding of God's authority so that we too can also understand and believe that whatever we ask in prayer we receive if we will only believe!

And Jesus said to the centurion, "Go your way; and as you have believed, so let it be done for you." And his servant was healed that very hour. Matthew 8:13

And behold, a leper came and worshipped Him, saying, "Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean." Matthew 8:2

The question always arises when one is praying for healing, "Is it God's will to heal?" Jesus is about to display His answer when He tells the leper that He is indeed willing to heal leprosy! And so it is God's will to heal us just as it is our will to see our children healed!

The miracles that Jesus displayed while He was on the earth solidify our faith to believe in the unbelievable! With God all things are possible to those of us who believe. Jesus said that nothing would be impossible and that we should always believe that we receive when we pray!

Jesus healed everyone who came to Him seeking His perfect will for their lives and He also said that we would do even greater works than He when He ascended to His Father! So, is it God's will to heal? YES!

Then Jesus put out His hand and touched him, saying, "I am willing; be cleansed." Immediately his leprosy was cleansed. Matthew 8:3

On the third day there was a wedding in Cana of Galilee and the mother of Jesus was there. Now both Jesus and His disciples were invited to the wedding. And when they ran out of wine, the mother of Jesus said to Him, "They have no wine." John 2:1-3

Jesus told His mother that His time had not come, but His mother told the servants to do whatever He told them to do. Jesus then instructed the servants to fill the empty water pots with water and draw some out and take it to the master of the feast.

The wine Jesus gave was better than the wine that was given first and the master was amazed and so was the bridegroom. This was the first recorded miracle Jesus performed as He began His ministry. Even though He said that His time had not come, He obeyed His mother's request as a good and obedient son.

We serve a mighty God willing to come to earth in the flesh of a man to save a lost and dying people from their sins. In the preceding devotional teachings we will see the signs, wonders and miracles of Jesus that changed the lives of thousands and built up their faith to believe!

This beginning of signs Jesus did in Cana of Galilee, and manifested His glory; and His disciples believed in Him. John 2:11
