The Ministry of Restoration

Our message is to love

      Our mission is to tell

            Our mandate is to go

And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses,
commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also. II Timothy 2:2

The Bride, The Body, and the Church: Part XXI

How is it then, brethren? Whenever you come together, each of you has a psalm, has a teaching, has a tongue, has a revelation, has an interpretation. Let all things be done for edification. I Corinthians 14:26

When the body of Christ comes together as an assembly of the Lord each member has a part to contribute to the other members! Like the human body, each of its organs has a part and so it is with the spiritual body.

Through the years tradition and doctrine have changed our assemblies and they have become more of a spectator sport rather than the assembly of God. Superstar preachers and mega-churches have greatly restricted the members in their ability to operate in their God-given gifts and so the body just sits in the pew and dies spiritually.

Pastors have taken the role of the apostle who has the blueprint for the spiritual temple of God and have built a pedestal (altar) for themselves and have neglected the body of Christ! Millions meet on Sunday and hear preaching but never have a chance to exercise their gifts, so the body begins to shut down just like a human body when it dies!

Even so, since you are zealous for spiritual gifts, let it be for the edification of the church that you seek to excel. I Corinthians 14:12

Mission Statement

"The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor. He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives And recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed; To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord."

Luke 4: 18-19

Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ

Tim Laughlin has been involved in full time ministry for over thirty-five years. Set free from a $2000.00 a week cocaine addiction and fifteen years of alcoholism, Tim gave his life to Jesus in 1980 and was immediately delivered. Trained in the streets, led only by the Holy Spirit, Tim prayed for drug addicts, prostitutes and anyone else that wanted to be free from the strongholds of sin. With a burning desire to see people saved and healed Tim founded and directed several Christian residential programs such as Manna Ministries, one of the largest and most successful women's ministries in the Southwest. Apostle to the ''NO-BODY'S'' of this world, Tim has been involved in virtually every facet of ministry, from prison, ex offenders, UN-wed mothers, addicts, Gays and those that nobody wants. Without formal training and only a love for people Tim has seen hundreds set free, healed, delivered and raised from the dead by God's powerful anointing available to everyone that asks Him. Through many trials and fires in his own life Tim has learned to trust in the Lord for all of his needs and to rely on the Holy Spirit for guidance in every circumstance. His vision is for the Body of Christ to become the powerful army of disciples that God intended them to be, trained for battle and loving people from all walks of life. Tim's wife, Mary Ann works along side him ministering and training those that come for help. Deemed hopeless from extended drug abuse and surviving five mental institutions, Mary Ann was set free and healed miraculously and restored to a beautiful woman of God. Tim and Mary Ann are available to speak to your church or organization. Personal counseling and individual training are available upon request. Drug and alcohol addiction therapy is also available for adults and teens through support groups and referrals. For more information please contact us. ***Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits; Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies."   Psalms 103: 2-4***
